Rabbi Leiah Moser
Rabbi Leiah Moser infuses her Jewish practice with an enthusiasm for the richness of the Jewish experience and the many ways it can enrich our lives and imbue meaning. She tries to foster a deep engagement with our texts as a way of being part of a Jewish conversation that spans the millennia.

Rather than viewing Judaism as a rigid prescription of rules and ceremonies, Rabbi Moser views Judaism as a toolbox, at times even a toybox, we can access to strengthen our ethics, discover meaning, and bring joy to our lives. She strives to share her love of Judaism with our community in ways that reach us and feel comfortable wherever we are in our life’s journey. Her teaching is designed to be accessible to those who are first discovering Judaism, and still be challenging to those who have spent their lives as students of Judaism.
Rabbi Moser also is a musician. She has introduced electronic music into some of her services, setting up her gear at the bimah and “rocking out”.
Rabbi Moser aims to continue to broaden the reach of our congregation beyond the demographics that have often defined the American Jewish community.
Temple Concord welcomes Jews of all ages and identities, regardless of whether they are Jews by birth or by choice. We strive to be a spiritual home for the LGBTQ+ community, Jews of Color, those with disabilities, the neurotypical, and the neurodiverse.
