Holiday Traditions at Temple Concord

Throughout the year, Temple Concord offers ways for children and adults to worship and celebrate the Jewish year by worship, music, food, and play.    

Some of our holiday traditions throughout the year at Temple Concord include:

  • High Holiday services with beautiful cantorial music and musical soloists

  • Meditative music and communal break the fast during Yom Kippur

  • Decorating and celebrating a meal in our Sukkah (built by Temple Brotherhood)

  • Rolling out the Torah and reading our favorite sections during Simchat Torah

  • Hanukkah celebration with latkes

  • Purim Spiel and carnival

  • Congregational Passover Seder and a Sisterhood sponsored Women's Seder
